Nb Developer Llp is based at The Storeys in Shantigram. We are quite close to the Vaishnovdevi Circle, which is a big landmark for anyone in this part of the city. Being in Shantigram means we are around a lot of new development. Our work involves a lot of coordination between the architects and the guys on the ground. We have our office set up here to keep an eye on everything. It’s a decent place to work from. We handle the development side of things, which means a lot of meetings about plumbing, electrical layouts, and brickwork. It isn't always exciting, but it has to be done. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are more of a tight group that knows what needs to happen next. We use the space at The Storeys to meet with clients and show them what we are working on. The Vaishnovdevi Circle area is growing fast, so there is always some new project starting or one finishing up. We try to keep things moving without too much fuss. Sometimes the weather slows us down or materials show up late, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of hard work and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. We’ve been at this for a while and we just keep at it, one brick at a time, making sure things get finished.
