Manthan Buildspace Llp

We are located right on Rajpath Club Road. If you know this part of the city, you know it is always moving. Our office at Manthan Buildspace Llp is where we spend most of our mornings drinking chai and looking over the site plans. It is not a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a practical place where we get our work done. We handle various building projects around this neighborhood. Some days are slow, just waiting for permits to come through or for the cement truck to finally show up. Other days are a complete mess with everyone talking at once and the phones ringing off the hook. We like being on this road because it is easy for people to find us. You just look for us near the club. We do not have a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or someone telling their neighbor about what we did for them. I think that is better anyway. It keeps us grounded. The traffic outside can be a bit loud during the rush hour, but you get used to it after a while. We have a small crew. We know each other’s families and stories. When we build something, we are thinking about the actual people who will live there. It is not just numbers on a page for us. We see the walls going up and it feels good to see the progress. Just a local business trying to do things the right way.
