At Adani Estate Management Private Limited we spend most of our time out in the Shantigram Township. It’s located near Vaishnodevi Circle which is a landmark everyone around here knows. If you’ve ever been stuck in traffic there you know exactly where we are. Our office is just a place where we keep the paperwork but the real work happens out on the streets of the township. Managing a place this size takes a lot of walking. We deal with the daily issues that pop up like fixing a broken pipe or making sure the common areas are neat. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you are coming from the main city but it's a nice spot once you arrive. We aren't really about the big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the task list for the day. Sometimes that means dealing with contractors and other times it’s just making sure the garbage gets picked up on time. The sun can be quite brutal out here so we drink a lot of tea to keep going. Everyone knows everyone else in the office and we just try to get through the week. If you need to find us just look for the signs near the circle. We are usually around even if we aren't sitting at our desks. Just a regular bunch of workers doing estate management and trying to keep everything in order.
