S A Air Conditioning

Our shop, S A Air Conditioning, is at Akshar Complex, number 9. We are pretty close to the Iscon Centre near the Shivranjani Cross Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside our window. Dealing with air conditioners means we are usually busiest when it’s hot out, which is most of the time here. The shop is filled with tools, copper pipes, and bits of metal. It’s not the cleanest place because of all the repair work we do every day. There are usually a few old units sitting in the corner that we use for parts. Satellite is a good area to be in, plenty of houses and offices that need their cooling fixed. Sometimes we are out on calls all day and the shop is just someone sitting there taking messages. We carry heavy bags and ladders around a lot. My hands are usually a bit greasy from the motors and compressors. People come in complaining about their AC making a weird noise or not blowing cold air. We just take it apart and see what’s wrong. It’s simple work but it takes time. The stairs in Akshar Complex are a bit steep when you’re carrying a heavy tool kit. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and most people around Shivranjani know where to find us. It’s a practical business, and we just focus on getting the machines running so people can sleep better in the heat.
