Rujul Estate Developers Llp is tucked away in the Arjun Complex, right near the Axis Bank by Law Garden. If you’ve spent any time in Ahmedabad, you know that Law Garden is a landmark. Our office at 209 isn't huge, but it's where we do most of our work. We handle the back-and-forth that comes with real estate and land development. It usually involves a lot of talking to people, checking on property details, and making sure the basic paperwork is handled. We don't have any mission statement or big slogans. We just try to get the deals done so we can move on to the next one. The area around here is always lively, which makes the workday go by a bit faster. We might be grabbing a tea from a nearby stall while we discuss a project or looking over some site drawings in the afternoon. Sometimes the traffic around Law Garden makes getting to meetings a bit of a challenge, but that’s just Ahmedabad. We’ve been around for a while and we know how things work in this local market. We don't use a lot of big words or try to look more important than we are. We are just a group working in a busy part of the city. Most of our days are filled with phone calls and meetings that seem to go on forever, but we keep pushing through it to get the job finished.
