RUDRARAJ BUILDCON LLP

Our office is tucked away in the Abhinandan Swami Co-op Housing Society, specifically at B 26. We’re right near the H B Kapadiya School in Memnagar, Ahmedabad. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a while now. Rudraraj Buildcon LLP is our small firm where we handle construction projects. Most of the time, we’re out on-site checking on things, so the office might be quiet during the day. We didn't want to be in one of those huge glass buildings downtown, so we stayed here in Memnagar. It feels more real. Dealing with construction in Ahmedabad means you have to know the local rules and the right people for the labor. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes we have issues with the rain or getting the materials delivered on time through the city traffic. We just take it as it comes. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the projects we start. My brother and I run things mostly, along with a couple of helpers. People know where to find us if they have a question. Living and working in Ahmedabad means you get used to the noise and the constant movement. Sometimes the school bells at H B Kapadiya are the only way we know what time it is without looking at a watch. We’ve had some long days where we stayed late just to finish up the accounts for the month. It’s not always fun, but it’s necessary to keep things running.
