Roshni Led Lighting

Roshni Led Lighting is located at Plot No 101 in the Vatva GIDC area. This is an industrial zone, so it is quite different from the retail parts of the city. There are a lot of factories and warehouses around us. The air usually smells like manufacturing and there is the constant sound of machinery from the neighboring plots. Our place is basically a big shed where we handle all our LED lighting. It is a practical space, not meant for looking pretty. We have piles of boxes and components everywhere. We spend most of the day on our feet, moving things around or checking the production. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months. We don't have a fancy office or a lobby. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us in the middle of the work floor. Vatva GIDC is a huge area and it is easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. We’ve been at Plot 101 for a good while now. It is a hard-working environment. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules, just a group of people making sure the lights get out on time. We take our lunch breaks together and then get back to it. It’s honest work in a busy industrial hub. We like the grit of the place. It feels like real work happens here every day.
