Our office is right in the heart of Manekchowk in Ahmedabad. If you know that area, you know it is full of narrow lanes, old buildings, and a lot of history. We are located in Mandvali Ni Pol, which is a place that has been around for a long time. Ritu Raj Nirmaan Pvt.Ltd works out of this space, and it definitely does not feel like a modern glass office building. It is an old-school setting where we manage our construction and development business. The streets are very narrow, and it can be a bit of a maze to find us at house number 1116, but we have been here long enough that most of the neighbors know where we are. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with workers and checking on building materials. It is busy and often quite loud outside with the market and all the people walking by. Inside, we just have our desks and some big stacks of blueprints that we go over every day. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. We are more focused on the actual building work we do around the city of Ahmedabad. Sometimes it is hard to get trucks in and out of this crowded area, so we have to plan everything very carefully. We are just local people who know how this city works and how to get things built here.
