We’ve been over here at Kiran Tower in the Satellite area for a bit now. It’s on the sixth floor, so we get a decent view of the traffic while we handle the herbal side of things. It stays pretty busy with people coming in and out, checking on orders for different plant-based products. We don't really do much fancy stuff, just making sure the stock is right and the packaging gets finished. Some days the lift is slow, which is annoying when you're in a hurry. My desk is usually covered in papers and sample bags. We deal with various herbs that people ask for, trying to keep things organized despite the constant phone calls. It’s a small team here. We mostly just focus on getting through the list of tasks for the day. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in this part of town, but the office stays okay. We handle a lot of logistics from this one spot. If you know the Satellite area, you know it’s always moving. We just fit into that rhythm, doing our part with the herbal supplies. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve gotten to know the regular delivery guys pretty well. Most of the time, we’re just making sure the inventory matches what’s being sent out to the customers who need these specific herbal items. We keep some records in big binders and others on the computer, though the computer is a bit old now. It’s a steady pace most weeks.
