Our office is situated right across the road from Torrent Power, and we are tucked in behind the Surya Kiran Bungalows. It is a decent neighborhood to work in and it is easy enough for most people to find us. We work as developers, so we are always looking at new plots of land and trying to figure out what would be best to build there. It is a mix of sitting in the office and being out in the hot sun at different construction sites. Our desks are usually covered in large blueprints and notebooks from our various meetings. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone hired to write fancy speeches for the company. We are just regular people who know how to get buildings started and finished on time. Some days are very slow, with a lot of waiting around for government approvals, and other days are so busy that we barely have time to stop for a quick lunch. We have worked on a few different projects around this neighborhood over the years. We really like seeing something go from just a plain dirt lot to a finished structure where people can live or work. It is satisfying work, even if it is very tiring at the end of the day. We try to be very straightforward with everyone we deal with. There is no real point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just do our work.
