Ril

We're based in the Vpo Gandeva area in Gujarat. It's a quiet place, away from the big noise of the cities. Ril is just the name on our paperwork. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on the tasks at hand. The village life suits us. It's a slow pace, and you can actually hear the birds in the morning. Our office is a simple one-room setup. We have a couple of computers and a lot of notebooks stacked up on the shelves. It’s a bit dusty because of the roads, but we try to keep it clean. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. Everyone around Gandeva knows who we are even though we don't have a big advertisement. We don't really see the point in all that. If you do your work, people find you. That’s how we’ve always seen it. The summer heat in Gujarat can be pretty tough, so we start early in the morning to beat the sun. By the afternoon, we’re usually just trying to stay cool. We don’t have a boss who wears a tie or anything. We just work together and figure things out as they come up. It’s a very plain existence, but it works for us. We aren't looking to grow into some huge company. We just like things the way they are right now.
