Richa Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away in Mangalvikash Society, which is a fairly quiet spot considering how hectic Danilimda can be at most hours. We are at house number 8. It is quite easy to find if you are coming from the Vaikunthdham Temple, which is just a short walk away. You can often hear the temple bells in the early morning or evening when things settle down. The society has a lot of families, so we see a lot of familiar faces walking past our door every day. We are not a big medical center with dozens of staff members. It is just a small, local clinic where we handle basic checkups and everyday health stuff for whoever needs it. The waiting area has a few plastic chairs and some health posters on the wall that have been there for years. We try to keep the place cool, but in May and June, it is a real struggle for everyone. Most of the people who come in live right here in the society or in the nearby lanes. It feels more like a community spot than a doctor’s office sometimes. We know whose kid goes to which school and who is getting married next month. It is just how things are in this part of Ahmedabad. We do not have a website or any big signs. People just know where we are and stop by when they need something looked at. It is a very grounded way to work.
