We are right near there. Our daily routine involves a lot of precise work with patterns, usually for casting or industrial molds. The estate is full of small workshops like ours, so there is always the sound of hammers or machines running in the background. It is a bit of a dusty environment, but that is just the nature of pattern making. We have a few guys who have been doing this for years, and they can carve or shape things with their eyes closed almost. Ctm is a busy junction, so getting materials in and out can sometimes be a bit of a hassle with the traffic near the hotel. We don't have a big front office or anything like that.
