You can find us on the first floor of Swastik Complex. We are right across from Rajasthan Hospital in the Shahibaug area. Being a fertility hospital, we deal with a lot of different emotions every day. It’s not an easy job, but it’s what we do. The complex itself is quite busy, but once you get up to the first floor, it’s a bit more contained. We have our labs and rooms where we see people. It’s a functional setup, nothing too fancy or over-the-top. We don’t use any polished marketing language here. We just speak plainly to the people who come to see us. Shahibaug is a crowded part of the city, and you can always hear the traffic from the windows. We’ve been here for a long time, so we are a part of the landscape now. Our staff works hard, and we often have a lot to get through in a day. The waiting area is usually full of couples. We don’t have a lot of decorations; we focus more on the medical equipment and keeping things sterile. It’s a serious environment because the work we do is important to people. We just take it one patient at a time and try to keep everything moving smoothly. It’s a very straightforward place with no big corporate airs.
