This office is handled by N.G. Shah at the G.K. Shah location. Relogistics (I) Pvt. Ltd., which some people call Reliance Logistics, is where we spend our working hours. It is a bit of a quiet setup compared to some of the bigger firms. We don’t really have a big public storefront, as we are mostly tucked away doing the back-end stuff. The address is more of a professional point of contact for the work we do. We spend a lot of time on long-distance calls and organizing transport routes. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s coffee order. We don't bother with corporate jargon or mission statements. Our goal is just to make sure the logistics side of the business runs without too many hiccups. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s just us catching up on filing. It’s a very human way to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to be reliable for the people who use us. The paperwork can be a headache, but that is just part of the life. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our processes as simple as possible. It is mostly just about keeping track of where everything is and making sure the records are kept straight.
