Yari Trade World

Our office is on the first floor of the Ratnamani Complex. We are right in the Gheekanta area, near Nagarsheth Vando. It is one of those old parts of the city where everything is close together and the streets are narrow. We deal with trading and have been doing it from this same spot for quite a while. The building has been there for years, and you can tell by looking at the stairs. We have a lot of samples and ledgers stacked up in our room at number 110. It’s not the most modern office you will see, but it works for us. We know the neighbors and the local tea sellers well. Trading involves a lot of talking and checking prices, so we are always on our phones. The area can get very crowded, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes it’s hard to even walk through the vando. But we like the energy of the place. It feels like a real community of traders. We don't use any fancy systems, just the old-fashioned way of keeping records and making sure the folks who buy from us are taken care of. It is a lot of back-and-forth, but we have grown used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily trade. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy from morning to night. No big plans, just keeping the trade going day by day.
