Rastogi Associates

We are based at 301, New York Plaza on Judges Bunglow Road. It’s in Bodakdev, which is a part of Ahmedabad that has grown a lot lately. Rastogi Associates is essentially just us working out of this third-floor office. The building is quite modern compared to some others, but our office feels pretty lived-in. We have bookshelves that are overflowing and several desks pushed together. It’s a busy place, especially since Judges Bunglow Road is always packed with cars and people. We can hear the hum of the city all day long. Usually, we start our mornings with a lot of coffee and a look at our to-do lists. We don't really have a big staff, so everyone helps out with whatever is needed. It’s not uncommon to see one of us fixing a printer while trying to answer a phone call. We keep the atmosphere relaxed. We aren’t the type of people who wear suits every day unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, we’re just in our casual clothes, focused on the work at hand. Sometimes we stay late because it’s quieter and we can actually think clearly. It’s a good place to be, and we’ve made this office our own over the years. We just take things one day at a time and try to do an honest job. It is a good way to work.
