Ranjit Tarmat (Jv)

We are located in the Nikol-Naroda area of Ahmedabad, specifically at Ghanshyamvilla Society. It is mostly a residential neighborhood, so it stays a bit quieter than the main roads, although you can always hear the traffic from the Nikol-Naroda road nearby. Our office is at B-32, which is right near the Sukan Bungalows. Since we are a joint venture, there are always a lot of different people coming in and out. It gets pretty crowded on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to get their tasks for the week. We do a lot of work with tarmac and roads, so there is usually a thin layer of dust on the desks and windows. We do not have a big cleaning staff. We just tidy up the place ourselves when it gets too bad. There are chairs for people who visit, but they are usually piled high with folders or rolled-up plans. We do not even have a big sign outside. It is just a place where we come to work. We spend a lot of time talking about asphalt, heavy machinery, and timelines. The team is a mix of younger guys who are good with the computers and older men who have been doing this for decades. It is a good balance. We just keep things moving every day and try to stay on top of all the paperwork that comes with road work.
