Soham Buildcon

We run Soham Buildcon from our office near Adani Circle. It is right opposite the Shree Harivillas Bunglows, which is a nice, quiet residential area compared to the busier parts of the city. We chose this spot because it feels a bit more like a neighborhood. Our days usually start with the sound of the gate opening and the local stray dogs coming by for a bit of food. We focus on building projects, mostly around this part of town. It is not always glamorous work. There is a lot of mud, a lot of phone calls to contractors, and plenty of days spent waiting for rain to stop so we can get back to work. Inside the office, we have a few desks and a computer that is always acting up. We aren't tech experts; we are builders. We know how to read a site and how to get things moved from point A to point B. The staff here are like family. We eat lunch together most days, usually something brought from home. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just tell people where we are and what we do. If someone needs help with a construction project, they come find us near the circle. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the ground and the people well. It is a decent place to work for us and we plan to stay here for quite a while.
