Omkar Developers

Being located right behind the police station means it stays pretty quiet and orderly around our office most of the time. Omkar Developers has been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the sirens every now and then. We spend most of our mornings going over the schedules for the week. It’s a lot of work coordinating with the guys on the ground and making sure we have enough cement and bricks for the next stage. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or someone not showing up, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We aren't a huge corporation with a hundred people in suits. It's just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build houses and shops. The office isn't much to look at, mostly just piles of files and some old maps of the area taped to the wall. We try to keep things simple. If someone walks in with a question, we give them a straight answer without any of that sales talk. Building stuff takes a lot of time and a lot of patience. We've learned that over the years. Some days we are just happy to get the paperwork filed correctly. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We like being tucked away back here. It gives us a chance to actually focus on the plans without too many distractions.
