Fortune Realty is located right across the street from Panchratna Estate. We are also pretty close to the old overbridge that connects the Ramol and Vatva areas. It is an industrial sort of neighborhood, but we have grown to like it here. We deal with real estate, mostly helping people find industrial spaces or residential spots nearby. The office is usually a bit cluttered with stacks of papers and maps of the different local estates. We are not the type of business with shiny glass walls and really expensive furniture. We have got desks that have clearly seen some use and an old tea kettle that is almost always running. Selling or renting out property involves a whole lot of talking to people. We spend a good chunk of our day just listening to what people need and then trying to find a property that actually fits their budget. The area around the old overbridge can get very backed up with trucks, so we have learned to plan our site visits very carefully. It is not always a fast process to find the right place. Sometimes it takes weeks of looking before anything finally happens. We do not really mind the wait. We just focus on the paperwork and making sure all the details are legal and clear. It is just regular business for us. We have been in this neighborhood for a while and know the local layout well.
