Dharmatech Industries

We are located at Parisikhar Industrial Estate, right near the Ramol Toll Plaza. Being so close to the S. P. Ring Road means there is a constant hum of heavy trucks passing by at all hours. Our unit, 75/2, is just one of many in this row. Dharmatech Industries is where we handle our daily production work. The space is a bit cramped because we have several pieces of equipment squeezed in. It gets quite loud when everything is running at once, so we usually have to shout to be heard. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains from the machines. We spend most of our time monitoring the output and making sure the dimensions are right. In the afternoons, the sun streams in through the high windows and makes it pretty bright. We have a small table in the back where we take our lunch breaks and drink some tea. It is a no-frills kind of place. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or office furniture. Everything here is for the work. Most of the people around here are also running small units, so we all know each other. Sometimes we borrow a tool from the neighbor if ours isn't working. It is a busy atmosphere with a lot of movement. We keep the doors open for ventilation, which lets in some of the dust from the road, but it’s better than the heat. We just keep our heads down and work.
