Our small team works out of the Ganji Farak Mill Compound. It’s an old place, but it works for us. Shyam Realties isn't a big name, just a few of us trying to help people find space. The compound has a lot of history. You can still see some of the old structures around the yard. We’ve been here a few years now. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the trucks coming in and out of the gates. Most of our work is just dealing with the buildings around this part of town. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of maps pinned on the wall. We know the local owners and the people looking for work sites. It's a practical way to run a business. Sometimes the gate is a bit tricky to find if you aren't from around here. Just look for the big old walls near the entrance. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the different blocks in the compound. It’s a simple setup. We like the grit of the old mill area. It feels real. We handle the paperwork and the talking so the buyers don't have to worry too much. It’s not always pretty, and the floors are a bit creaky, but we keep things moving. We’re just regular people working in a regular office every day.
