Our company, Gurukrupa Procons Private Limited, is located near Panna Estate. This area is mostly industrial and commercial, so there is always a lot of heavy work going on nearby. We fit right in because we handle construction and professional consulting for projects. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The office is usually a bit cluttered with project maps and site reports. We aren't the type of company that puts out glossy magazines about ourselves. We’re more about getting on the site and making sure the pillars are straight and the materials are right. It’s hard work and the days are often long, starting early before the heat gets too bad. Being near Panna Estate means we are close to a lot of our suppliers, which makes things easier when we need something quickly. We don't use much flowery language when we talk to our clients. We just tell them what can be done and how much it will cost. Sometimes the news isn't what they want to hear, but we think it is better to be honest about the constraints of a project. We have a small team of dedicated people who have been with us through many different jobs. We just take things one day at a time, making sure we don't overcomplicate the process. It’s a straightforward approach to a complicated industry, and it has served us well so far. We just keep our heads down and work. It is what we know.
