Vishwakarma Industries Rakhial

Our workshop is located at No. 20/21 in the Mangal Industrial Estate. This is over in the Rakhial area, which is always humming with activity. We are right near the Chakudia Mahadev temple, so we often hear the bells and the morning prayers while we are starting our shift. R S Industries is right nearby as well. Being in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of metal hitting metal or machines running in the background. It is a gritty place, but it is where the real work happens. We have a fair amount of space across the two units, which helps when we have larger projects to assemble. The floors are concrete and usually have some oil or scrap metal laying around until we sweep up at the end of the week. It gets quite warm in Rakhial during the summer months, so we keep the big shutters open to let some air in. Our neighbors are all doing similar industrial work, so everyone knows each other. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is always on the machines and getting the output ready. Most of our day is spent in work clothes, dealing with the heavy lifting and making sure the equipment is running right. It is a solid, honest way to make a living in a busy part of the city. We have been here for a long time and we don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job for the people who come to us.
