Rsl Dyecot Pvt. Ltd. is based in Rakhial, right near where they build the Maniar trailers. If you know the area, you know it’s a noisy, industrial neighborhood. We deal with dyeing and cotton processing. Our building is just a plain structure that fits right in with the others on the street. Inside, it’s always a bit humid and smells like wet cloth and dye. The floors are usually stained different colors depending on what we were working on that week. It’s not the cleanest job, but it’s honest work. A small group of workers shows up every day and just gets on with it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us near the vats or the drying racks. We spend a lot of time checking the color of the fabric against the samples. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it just right. We’ve been here for a while now and we know most of the other business owners around Rakhial. Lunch is usually just something quick we eat in the break area. The traffic around the trailer shop can be a real nightmare in the evenings when everyone is trying to head home. We don’t do much in the way of promotion. People know where we are if they need us. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing. It keeps us busy from morning till night.
