Khaitan Steel Forgings

Khaitan Steel Forgings is located on Ajod Dairy Road. We’re right opposite Gravity House and near Keval Kanta, which is in the Gujarat Bottling area of Rakhial. This is an industrial neighborhood, so it’s always loud with the sounds of metal and heavy vehicles. Our building is sturdy because it has to be for the type of work we do. It’s often quite hot inside, especially near the back where the heavy equipment is kept. We’ve got some old fans that help a bit, but you just get used to the temperature after a while. The floor is usually covered in some kind of grit, and we all wear heavy boots to keep our feet safe. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the noise. Rakhial is a tough area, but it’s where things get made, and we like being part of that. We don’t have a fancy office upstairs, just a small desk where we keep the logs and the phone. It’s a place for work, not for showing off. We spend our hours making sure everything is forged correctly and the orders are ready for the trucks. It’s a dirty, tiring job sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep at it, day after day, until the shift ends.
