Gautam Store

We are located at number 278, Patel Parmanand Chali. If you are driving down Rakhial Road, we are right across the street from the Vijay Petroleum station. It is a good spot because people usually notice us while they are waiting to get gas. The store itself is not very large, but we manage to pack a whole lot of stuff into the space we have. We carry the usual things folks need for their houses like soap, some snacks, and basic household goods. It is a bit of a jumble inside the shop, but we know exactly where every single item is kept. We spend a lot of our time just chatting with the neighbors who stop by to pick something up. It is a noisy road with all the heavy trucks and buses going past, so we usually keep a small radio playing in the background to drown out the sound. We have been here for a long time and have seen this whole street change quite a bit. The building is getting old and could probably use a new coat of paint, but it holds up well enough for now. We do not have a website or any of that stuff. People just know we are here. Sometimes we run out of things if the delivery truck is running behind, and we just tell people to try again tomorrow.
