Rajka Pottery Private Limited

We spend most of our time here at A 1/3 in Gidc Naroda. It’s right across from Encore Gum. If you know this part of Naroda, you know it’s a busy industrial area. Being Rajka Pottery Private Limited means we deal with a lot of materials and kilns. The dust is part of the job. Most mornings start early before the sun gets too hot over the sheds. We have our setup here and it works for us. It isn’t fancy, just a regular place where things get made. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud with all the trucks coming through the GIDC gates, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this address for a while. Our spot in A 1/3 is easy to find if you look for the Encore Gum building first. People usually stop by and ask for directions because the industrial plots all look the same after a while. We just keep doing what we do with the clay and the wheels. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on your feet. The floor is usually covered in something or other. We don't really have a front desk like the big offices in the city. Just the workspace and the storage areas filled with finished pieces. That’s pretty much how things go for us every day in Naroda. We stay busy and keep the gates open during the normal hours and make sure the clay is ready.
