Our office is right in the heart of the New Cloth Market at number 176, which is very close to the Raipur Gate. If you know the area, you know how crowded and busy it gets with all the trucks and handcarts moving through the narrow lanes. It is a constant chaos of people shouting and horns honking, but that is just the energy of the market. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time, and our small office is tucked away behind the main storefronts. It is a bit dusty because of all the fabric moving around, but we keep our corner as tidy as we can. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or checking the ledgers to see what is coming in and what is going out to our buyers. There are always tea vendors passing by, and we probably drink too much chai throughout the afternoon. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales team; it is mostly just us handling everything from the paperwork to the packaging. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the market gossip, and other days we barely have time to breathe because so many orders came in at once. It is a straightforward way of life here, and we don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. We just trade in cloth and try to stay honest while we navigate the daily market rush.
