Ranka Textiles

Ranka Textiles is located inside the New Cloth Market. You can find us at number 61. It is just outside Raipur Gate. If you have been to this part of town, you know it is always packed with people and trucks. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. The market is full of history and we are just one small part of it. Our space is filled with rolls of fabric and stacks of orders. It is dusty sometimes and always loud with the sounds of the market outside. We don't have fancy lights or a big showroom. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage our inventory. We deal with a lot of different people coming through the gates every day. It’s a bit of a maze in here if you aren't used to it. We know our neighbors well since we see them every morning. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon is tough, but we just keep the fans going. It’s hard work, and we don't spend much time worrying about how things look. We just make sure the orders are sorted and ready to go. Being near Raipur Gate means there is always something happening. We've seen the market grow and change, but our routine at Ranka Textiles stays mostly the same. Just everyday people doing everyday work in a busy market. We like being in the middle of all the action at the cloth market.
