Radhe Pharma Machinery

Our shop is at No. 9 in the Anand Industrial Estate, right across from Asoka Spintex. It is a busy corner of the world, especially with the Naroda Road traffic humming along all day long. At Radhe Pharma Machinery, we mostly spend our hours dealing with heavy parts and big metal components for the industry. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or oil, and there is always a large fan whirring somewhere to keep the afternoon heat down. We do not have a fancy office, just a metal desk near the front where the landline phone sits. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the main entrance and we have to go out and wave them around. Being near Govt-C-Colony, you get to know the other people working in the estate pretty well after a few years. We see the same tea seller twice a day. The work is not glamorous, just moving machinery and making sure everything is bolted down right before it goes out on a truck. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we all know where the tools are kept without even looking. The walls have some old calendars hanging on them and the windows get dirty fast from the factory smoke nearby. When it rains, the sound on the corrugated roof is so loud you cannot hear yourself talk. We just keep our heads down and get the pharma machines ready. Naroda Road is always there.
