We are located at M/18 in the Hari Krishna Society, which is just across from Jawhar Colony in Sardarnagar. This part of Ahmedabad is usually quite active, so there is always something going on outside our doors. Being in the construction line, our office is often a bit dusty. We have blueprints rolled up in the corners and various samples of tiles or bricks sitting on the shelves. It’s a functional space rather than a pretty one. We have a few old chairs for when people stop by to discuss a project. The walls have some calendars and photos of old job sites we have finished. We have been operating out of this Sardarnagar spot for quite a few years now. The morning routine is usually just sorting through the schedules and making sure the crews have what they need. We don't have a big fancy sign or a polished lobby. Most people just know us from word of mouth or seeing us around the society. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows shut to try and block out the sun and the noise from the main road. The neighbors are friendly, and we often see the same people every day. It is a local business through and through, where we just worry about the day's tasks and making sure the building work stays on track.
