Push Pack India

We are right opposite the Gurudwara in Odhav, at 14 Anchorind Estate. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. Push Pack India is basically a packaging operation. We deal with all sorts of materials and machines. The estate is usually loud with the sound of other businesses, and our place is no different. We have rolls of plastic and stacks of boxes piled up. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we make do with the space we have. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just pack things up and send them out. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving stuff around all day. In the summer, it gets pretty warm in the warehouse, but we’re used to it. Being in Odhav means we are right in the thick of things. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions since we're by the Gurudwara. We keep our doors open when the weather is nice to get some air in. We don’t have a big corporate culture or anything like that. It’s just us, the machines, and a lot of packing tape. It’s a simple life at Push Pack India, and we just keep at it day after day because that's what we know.
