You can find us at the Shiv-Shaktinagar area in Chandkheda, which falls under the Gandhinagar district. Our office is part of the Gujarat Housing Board complex, specifically at 396/2224. This is the health department's project implementation unit. We have a lot of charts and files everywhere because that is the nature of health projects. The building is a standard G.H.B. structure, so it looks like many others in the neighborhood. We are tucked away in a residential-feeling area, which is actually quite nice for a workplace. It isn’t as noisy as being right on a main highway. We handle the administrative side of health initiatives from this spot. Most of the staff here have been with the department for years. We know the routine and we know how to navigate the paperwork involved in government work. It is a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls to coordinate with other offices. Sometimes we have meetings that go on longer than expected, but usually, we just stick to the schedule. Being in Chandkheda is convenient for getting into Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad if we need to. It is a functional space meant for getting through the daily grind of government projects. We don’t really do anything else besides this work. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things professional and quiet during the day. We are just one part of the bigger health department system and we stay busy with the local workload.
