Progressive Enterprise

At Progressive Enterprise, we operate out of 3 Adishwar Industrial Estate. We are tucked behind CTM Mills and right across from Shanker Estate in the Amaraiwadi area. It is a proper industrial setting, so you won’t find any manicured lawns here. Instead, there is the sound of metal hitting metal and the smell of grease and machinery. We do a lot of fabrication and engineering work, the kind of stuff that requires heavy tools and a lot of patience. Our workshop is usually full of half-finished projects and raw materials like steel bars and plates. We do not have a dedicated sales team; usually, it is just the owner or one of the senior guys talking to customers about what they need built. It is a gritty place, but we like it that way because it means work is getting done. Amaraiwadi can be a tough place to navigate with all the narrow lanes and industrial traffic, but we have been here long enough that we know all the shortcuts. We do not put much stock in fancy titles or polished presentations. If a part needs fixing or a frame needs welding, we just get to it. We drink a lot of tea to stay sharp and spend our Saturdays cleaning up the shop for the week ahead. It is honest work that keeps us busy from dawn till dusk, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
