Prime Furniture

Our shop is located in the Maharana Pratap Complex, right near V S Hospital in the Pritamnagar area. Being in Ellisbridge means there is always something going on nearby. We have various pieces of furniture sitting around the floor, mostly chairs and tables that people need for their homes or small offices. It gets dusty sometimes because the road outside is quite active. We spend a lot of time moving things around to make space. It’s not a huge showroom like the ones you see in malls, but we have what’s necessary. People often stop in after visiting the hospital or if they live nearby in the residential streets. Sometimes we are busy assembling a cupboard or fixing a joint on a desk. The lighting in the back isn't the best, but we manage. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a simple business. We show people what we have, tell them the price, and that’s about it. There’s no big sales pitch here. If you like a sofa or a bed, you can take a look at it properly. We try to keep the floor swept, but with the wood and the traffic, it’s a constant job. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of the Pritamnagar neighborhood. It feels good to see a finished piece go out the door finally.
