We've been at Tejendra Complex for a while now. It's right opposite CNC, so most people find us pretty easily. The shop isn't huge, just at GF-B-34, but we keep busy. Mostly, we deal with precision work. It’s the kind of job where you have to be careful about the details or things don't fit right later. Most days are spent looking at drawings and making sure the machines are running how they should. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just regular work for the folks who need it. Sometimes the complex gets a bit crowded during the day, especially with the traffic outside, but we manage. My team and I usually start early. We like to get a head start before the heat picks up or the phone starts ringing too much. It’s just how we do things. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably find us in the back working. It’s a bit dusty, but that’s just how a machine shop is. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us and the commute isn't too bad for the guys. There’s always something to fix or a part to finish. It keeps us on our toes. We don’t talk much about visions or anything, we just try to get the orders done so people can go about their business and get their machines running again.
