Pratik Printers

Our shop is out on Kathwada Road, right near the Hariom Apartments in the Naroda GIDC area. It’s an industrial part of town, so there is always a bit of dust in the air and the sound of machines from the neighboring units. We have been here for quite a while now. Most of our work comes from the factories and businesses nearby. They need their letterheads, forms, and labels printed regularly to keep their own offices running. We keep a few different types of printers here to handle the variety of work that comes in. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get the job done. In the summer, it gets quite warm inside, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We know most of our customers by name since they have been coming to us for years. Sometimes a person from the apartments next door comes in for a small personal job, like a few copies or a simple flyer, and we fit that in too. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty; we just focus on the ink and the paper. It is a steady life, and we like the routine of it. We open up early and stay until the last job for the day is finished. We just try to get the work out the door on time.
