We’re located in Maninagar, right at the corner of Mira Cinema Cross Road on Baliyakaka Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. Being an auto parts shop, things can get a bit messy. There’s usually some grease on the counters and boxes of spare parts stacked up in every corner. We’ve got everything from small bolts to larger engine components. It’s a practical shop. We don’t have a fancy showroom or shiny displays. People come to us when their car or scooter isn't working right, and they need a part fast. We spend our day looking through catalogs or climbing up ladders to find that one specific item someone needs. The staff here at Prashanti Auto Parts knows their way around an engine, so we end up giving a lot of advice on how to fix things. Maninagar is a great place to be because there are so many people moving through. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s a regular neighborhood business. We don't do much in the way of big sales pitches. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. If we don't have it, we try to find out who does. It’s just about being helpful and keeping the local cars on the road.
