Our shop is located at B-155 in the 2nd Stage of the Peenya Industrial Area. If you know this part of town, you know it is always crowded with trucks and people moving materials around. We have been working with polymers for a good while now. It started as a small setup and we just stayed in this same spot as things grew. The building isn't brand new, but it serves our purpose for housing the molding machines and all the raw materials we need. We mostly deal with plastic components and various polymer jobs that come our way from other businesses in the area. Most of our day is spent checking the heat settings on the equipment and making sure the batches come out right. It can be a bit messy with the scraps and the smell of melting plastic, but that is just how the job is. We are not big on formal meetings or long emails. Usually, we just talk to the drivers and the plant managers who stop by. We try to keep things moving because in Peenya, nobody likes to wait around. It is a practical environment where everyone is just trying to get their daily production numbers met. We have a few steady workers who have been with us since the beginning. It is a noisy place but it is where we do our best work.
