You can find us out at Plot No.14-16 / B within the Gidc Industrial Estate in Phase 1 of Vatva. It’s a busy area and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Prasad Koch-Technik is the name on the gate, but inside it’s just us doing our daily jobs. The workshop floor can get pretty hot in the summer months, especially out here in Vatva, but we’re used to it. We don’t have any polished sales scripts. We just answer the phone and talk to people like regular humans. Sometimes we’re running behind on things, and other days everything goes perfectly. That’s life in a manufacturing hub. The machinery makes a lot of noise, so you have to speak up when you’re walking through the back. We eat lunch together mostly. It's a simple operation. We don’t use those big corporate words because they don’t fit what we do. Our focus is just on the parts and the orders that need to go out. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go in Phase 1, but we’ve managed to stick around by just being consistent. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office is small and tucked away, which is how we like it. The local chai guy knows exactly how we like our tea by now. We just keep things moving forward one day at a time.
