Prarthana Clinic

You can find Prarthana Clinic at A 308 in the Himalaya Arcade. We are right near the petrol pump and just across from Vastrapur Lake. It’s a nice area, though the traffic near the lake can get a bit much during the weekends. We are up on the third floor. It’s a basic clinic where we see people for all sorts of common problems. If you have a fever or a bad cough, this is where you'd come. We have a small desk where we keep all the patient files, and it’s usually a bit messy with papers and pens. The waiting area has some old magazines and a water cooler that makes a loud noise every now and then. We don't have any of those big digital screens or fancy coffee machines. It’s just a place to see a doctor when you aren't feeling well. The staff consists of just a couple of us who have been working together for years. We know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic around Vastrapur, which helps when we're trying to get to work on time. Most of the people who come here live in the nearby apartments or work in the shops downstairs. We just try to listen to what’s wrong and help out where we can. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of medical office for the community.
