You can find us tucked away behind Venus Atlantis in that adjoining lane near the Shell petrol pump. It is a bit of a hidden spot, but it works for us. We operate as Sanskrut Buildwell Llp. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside or the inside. We’ve got some old desks and plenty of filing cabinets filled with maps and survey papers. We spend a lot of our time dealing with technical stuff like Revenue Survey No. 1309/2 and TP No. 27. It involves a lot of looking at plots and figuring out where things can go. We aren’t the kind of people who use big words or try to impress anyone with shiny brochures. We just talk plain English and tell people what the situation is. The lane outside gets a bit crowded with cars sometimes, especially since the petrol pump is so close, but we’ve managed to find our own rhythm here. Most mornings start with us going through the site reports from the day before. We have a small team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. One minute you might be filing a government paper and the next you’re helping move a desk. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s a simple way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. No huge promises, just getting the work finished.
