POWER SMART TECHNOLOGIES

Up on the third floor of the Abhishree Building, room 312, is where we spend our time. We are right across from the Star India Bazaar in Satellite, so there is always something going on outside. The traffic on that road never really stops. We do tech work, which sounds more interesting than it actually looks most days. Mostly, it’s just us sitting at desks with cables and parts scattered around. The office has a few windows that look out over the street, which is good for people-watching when we need a break. It's a pretty standard building, nothing too flashy. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team here trying to figure out technical problems and making sure things work like they should. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a basic one that makes okay coffee. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're more focused on the work at hand. It's a bit messy sometimes, with manuals and tools lying about, but we know where everything is. Satellite is a good area to be in, even if the parking is a nightmare. We just show up, do the job, and go home. We don't have time for long meetings or corporate jargon, we just fix things and move on to the next task. It's a simple, busy life.
