Poly Fluro Ltd is situated at 260/A in the Bommasandra Industrial Area on Hosur Road. If you know that part of town, you know the traffic is usually a mess, especially near the industrial gate. We spend a lot of time waiting for deliveries to make it through the congestion. Our facility is a bit older, with some cracks in the pavement and walls that could use a scrub. Inside, it’s mostly about the manufacturing. We have these big machines that take up most of the floor space. It’s a noisy place to work, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We don't have a lot of staff, just a core group that knows how to handle the materials. We aren't trying to look like a high-tech lab. It’s more of a workshop feel. The office is tucked in the front and it's always full of papers and samples. We don't have a receptionist, so someone just walks out from the back if the bell rings. We have lunch together at a small table when we have the time. Most days are just about hitting the numbers and making sure the quality is okay. It’s not glamorous, but it’s how we make a living. Bommasandra is a busy place, and we’re just glad to be a small part of it. We keep things simple and just focus on the day's work. We usually head home once the shift is over and the machines are off.
