Plaza Cable Industries Ltd.

Working out of Daryaganj has its own rhythm. Plaza Cable Industries Ltd. has been tucked away here at 21-E on Netaji Subhash Marg for quite some time. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s always packed. The street noise is just part of the background now. Inside, it’s mostly about cables. There are spools of wire everywhere you look. It can get a bit cramped when a new delivery arrives, but we’ve gotten good at stacking things to make space. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t really into the whole big corporate office vibe. It’s just desks, phones, and a lot of industrial talk. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really notices because we are too busy checking lists. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or use the backup while drinking some water from the cooler. It’s a lot of coordination to get the cables where they need to go. We deal with all sorts of people, from contractors to small shop owners. It’s simple work but it takes time to get it right. Daryaganj is a tough place to navigate sometimes, especially with the Sunday market nearby, but we like being in the mix of things. It feels like we are part of the old city's heartbeat, even if it’s just through selling wires and cables every day.
