Plastronics (India) Ltd. is situated out on Vangaram Road in Ayanambakkam. We are at No. 5. This area has grown quite a bit over the years, changing from empty lots to more buildings. We have a decent-sized space here to handle the work we do. It’s mostly about the day-to-day operations and making sure things get out on time. The floor can get a bit noisy with the machines and people moving stuff around, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve got a small team here. Some of us have been living in this part of town for years, so the commute isn't too bad unless the monsoon rain starts and floods the road. The building is functional and a bit grey. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the actual work. Boxes get stacked up in the corners when things get busy, and we have to shuffle them around to find what we need. It's a straightforward place. We open up early and usually stay until the last task is finished. There isn't much to say about the office itself other than it serves its purpose. We deal with plastics and electronics parts, so there's always something to organize or sort through. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over twice. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every single day. The ceiling leaks a tiny bit when it pours, but we keep a bucket handy.
