PIPLAJ PROJECTS LLP

Our office is located at 11 Utsav Bungalows, which is right across from SAL Hospital in Thaltej. It’s a nice enough area here in Ahmedabad, fairly busy but we like it. We started PIPLAJ PROJECTS LLP because we wanted to work on local building jobs. Being in a bungalow instead of a big office tower makes things feel a bit more relaxed for us. We don't have a giant reception desk or anything formal. Most of the time, we are just sitting around the main table talking about the current site work or looking over some drawings. Thaltej has changed a lot over the years, and we've seen many new things come up nearby. We are right in the middle of it all. Sometimes the traffic near the hospital gets a bit much, but it's a good landmark for people trying to find us. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us making sure the projects get finished without too many headaches. We handle the daily stuff ourselves, from talking to suppliers to checking on the labor. It’s practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or brochures. We just focus on what needs to be built next. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening most days of the week. This place has a good feel to it and we enjoy being part of the neighborhood.
