Pioneer Diamond Products

We’re set up at No. 1/138, which some people call New No. 1/43, on Old Mahabalipuram Road in Seevaram. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve been here for years. Pioneer Diamond Products is a small operation. We work with tools and industrial diamond bits. It’s a bit noisy because of the grinding and the machines running. The workshop isn't the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. We have a few workbenches that have seen better days. Most of the time, we are just focused on the pieces we are working on. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our aprons with some grease on our hands. The traffic on Old Mahabalipuram Road is usually pretty bad, so we’ve learned to plan our day around it. Seevaram is a good enough place to be based. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we keep the books and handle the phone calls. It’s mostly just us doing the work and making sure the products are ready for the people who need them. It’s honest labor and it keeps us out of trouble. We don't put on any acts here, just show up and do what needs doing until it’s time to lock up and head home. Sometimes the old machines need a bit of a kick to start, but they still work fine.
